The AVC Board is seeking applications for a number of board positions. Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled. An abbreviated summary of the role is listed with each position:

Secretary- Take meeting notes, distribute minutes, manage player contact information for the club;Equipment/Uniform Coordinator- Manage and order club equipment, apparel, and team supplies;Sponsorship/Fundraising Coordinator- Direct the club’s annual sponsorship campaign, facilitate fundraising opportunities, and organize home tournament volunteers through Sign-Up Genius.

Website Coordinator- Manage the club’s website through SportsNgin and posting communications on social media.

The positions start this summer for the 2021 season through June 2023.

You should apply if... you have ever wanted to assist the Alexandria Volleyball Club in enhancing its impact in youth volleyball development or have an interest in organizing and leading in any of the open board positions. No coaching or playing background is needed to be a board member. We would love to see parents/family members of players and general community members apply for these open positions.

2020 SPRING MELTDOWN to be held March 28-29, 2020

The Alexandria Volleyball Club (AVC) will be hosting the Spring Meltdown Tournament in Alexandria, MN March 28-29, 2020 for 11/12s, 13/14s, 15/16s, and 17/18s. Click on our "2020 Spring Meltdown" tab for more information.

The Alexandria Volleyball Club ( has been serving the volleyball community of Alexandria since 1991.  The AVC is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of skills, strategies, and techniques used in volleyball.  The AVC complies with Junior Volleyball Association (JVA) Junior Olympic rules and regulations.  For more information: JVA
